Evaluation of a “lemon” – Your Web Base

By | February 24, 2019

My evaluation of Your Web Base.

Sometimes we promote products that later turn out to be "lemons."

I am not saying that this program is a scam or anything like that. I'm simply saying that it did not live up to my expectations.

The program is called "Your Web Base."

Your Web Base presents its self as a very good money-maker. The basic idea of the program is that you play games, use social networks, and watch videos that they are being paid to evaluate. They then pass the payments on to their members. It is basically has a referral program concept - you refer folks, and those folks refer other folks - thus earning you a lot of money. If you are not good at getting referrals, you also have the chance to win all kinds of prizes 'including electronics, cash, phones, and even cars.'

They say that another perk of being a member is that you get to be the first to use some of the 'hottest new products on the market.' They say that they are a 'social sensation that is sweeping the world' - a very bold claim that I (as of yet) have seen no evidence of. It also claims to have a huge network of people who use the products they are evaluating.

I started using the program back in January 2018. They had some games and things that were kind of interesting, but a bit complicated (for me anyway) to understand. There was one very cool game called "Sweet Sugar Smackdown" - a "Match 3" game that had a tournament for winning cash and prizes. I am not a big game player (because I simply don't have the time), but that was a game that I played quite often, and even started getting higher in the tournament. Then all-of-a-sudden the game stopped working. When I wrote tech support the only thing I could get out of them after a lot of "back and forth" was that "the test has been concluded." Very disappointing. That is why the program was a "lemon" for me.

I am still a member there but had not logged in for quite some time. I logged in when I started writing this evaluation. Things have changed a bit, so I honestly can't comment on how the program is now. Maybe things have improved. Who knows!

Yours in Success,

John L. Brewer
